Mobilift VX: Marine Portable Accessibility

The Mobilift VX is a portable wheelchair lift specifically designed for marine and outdoor environments, providing safe and practical access to ferries, vessels, docks, piers and other waterfront facilities.

Like the Mobilift CX, the VX operates manually and requires no electricity, batteries or hydraulic systems, making it a flexible accessibility solution where permanent lift infrastructure may not be practical.

The key difference is that the VX has been developed for harsher marine conditions, incorporating an all-weather, corrosion-resistant construction suited to prolonged exposure to outdoor and coastal environments. It also offers a greater lifting range than the CX, allowing it to accommodate larger changes in elevation that may be encountered around vessels and waterfront infrastructure.

While the Mobilift CX is the versatile general-purpose option for schools, stages, churches, events and commercial facilities, the Mobilift VX takes the same portable-access concept and adapts it specifically for demanding marine applications.
